As part of our expansion, we are looking for an Industrial Performance Consulting Manager.
On behalf of our industrial clients, you will define and manage projects and teams of consultants to improve their industrial performance in terms of quality, cost and delivery.
You will carry out various types of consulting assignments:
With a 5 year degree in engineering or business, you will have 7 to 10 years’ experience in industrial performance and change management on strategic industrial projects.
As a specialist in manufacturing performance and the supply chain in general, you thrive on continuous performance improvement and challenges in the field.
As a good communicator, you’ll use your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and the teams you work with or lead.
You have a good command of standard IT tools (Office suite, ERP).
You have leadership skills and can bring teams together.
Finally, you speak English and have worked in a multicultural environment.
