Industrial Performance / Maintenance Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an Industrial Performance / Maintenance Consultant.

Working within our clients’ organisations, you will define, manage and implement projects to improve the production chain and transform the maintenance function.

Your tasks will include:

• Diagnosing and proposing ways to improve, optimise and transform maintenance processes and tools.
• Take part in change management (communication, training).
• Participation in the internal life of Axsant (participation in the Axsant Academy to acquire and share know-how, management of the Axsant Community, participation in Axsant internal projects, active participation in co-optation).

REQUIRED PROFILE

With a degree from an engineering school or equivalent, specialising in maintenance, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in maintenance, ideally in several industrial sectors.

You will have a good understanding of all maintenance processes and management. Initial experience with a CMMS and key performance indicators would be an advantage.

Knowledge of production (production management, machine performance optimisation, workshop optimisation) would be an advantage.

Agile, responsive and autonomous, you will also have excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine sense of customer relations. You are rigorous and adaptable.

You have a good knowledge of standard IT tools (at least Office suite). Finally, you speak English.
