Industrial Performance Consulting Director

JOB DESCRIPTION

To support its growth, AXSANT is looking for an Industrial Performance Consulting Director.

Your main mission is to have an impact on the development of Axsant’s business in France and internationally.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing and supervising the progress of assignments.
• Supervising assignment managers.
• Prospecting within and outside your network in order to detect new business opportunities, win new customers and identify their needs.
• Exploit the customer portfolio that may be entrusted to you.
• Lead the drafting of commercial proposals, from need to sale.
• Working with our Recruitment team to staff assignments.
• Play an active role in the company’s communication plan.
• Participate in drawing up and improving AXSANT’s development strategy (new areas of expertise, opening up new regions, etc.).

REQUIRED PROFILE

A graduate of an engineering or business school with a Master’s degree or equivalent, you have at least 10 years’ experience in selling services to industry (e.g. technical assistance or interim management), ideally in several industrial sectors.

You will have a good knowledge of industrial performance and industrial operations, and be proficient in sales methods, CRM, sales prospecting and managing teams of consultants.

Agile, responsive and a team player, you also have excellent interpersonal skills and a real feel for customer relations.

You have a professional network of companies and industrial groups that you can call on.

You are rigorous, proactive and tenacious, and your communication, negotiation and persuasion skills are your strengths.

Finally, you speak English; knowledge of other languages would be a plus.

Position based in the Lyon, Paris or Nantes region. Regular travel is to be expected.
