Operational Resources and Transition Management rapidly integrate our clients’ teams to deliver performance to the highest standards. Axsant combines a consulting approach with the provision of operational resources to create your industrial successes.

Our experts train your teams on site, at the heart of your activities, to ensure that learning is appropriate and sustainable. We adapt our methods to your context: Form’Actions, individual coaching, group coaching, etc.

Story

We were able to demonstrate our expertise in industrial issues very early on, winning the trust of major accounts in our very first year of business. We then continued to grow, expanding from 5 to 50 consultants in 7 years, building on the confidence of our customers. Our watchword: seize every opportunity… right up to our first international move in 2022 to Canada.

Today Axsant employs more than 50 consultants and works with prestigious clients in France and abroad. We are currently strengthening our six business areas with two cross-functional areas of expertise: Data Management & Business Intelligence to cover the challenges of digital continuity, and CSR & Decarbonisation to support the transition from the extractive to the regenerative economy.

Our next step is to continue our exponential growth and establish ourselves as the benchmark player in global organisation and industrial performance consulting, including all CSR impacts.

TAILOR-MADE ONBOARDING
The "AXSANT Onboarding" process is specifically designed for our new talents. It lasts 3 months and includes by key meetings to ensure a successful integration. From mastering IT tools to discovering our SharePoint collaborative workspaces, you will be guided in assimilating our internal operating method.
MENTORSHIP
Each new talent is accompanied by an experienced mentor. This special relationship, based on exchange and mutual support, gives you the benefit of a mentor's sound advice, without hierarchical supervision. Regular weekly reviews and advice on internal practices will guide you in your development within our company.
