Huhtamaki La Rochelle's commitment to sustainable development is accelerating with a fourfold increase in its investment plan to reduce energy and water consumption and increase the capacity of its industrial water treatment plants.

Our mission

  • Diagnosis of the current situation: interviews and flash audit.
  • Help to choose the most appropriate process: stage/gate vs V vs agile.
  • Design the detailed process in participative workshops (including the list of deliverables at decision milestones and the associated RASIC).
  • Initialise the process and its standards (weekly steering memos, milestone sheets and workload/capacity table).
  • Support the implementation of the process for 3 months.
