The Saint Herblain site is preparing a strategic increase in sales volumes in partnership with retailers. The site needs to increase its storage capacity for finished products in order to deliver anywhere in France within two days.
Our mission
- Increase finished goods storage capacity on site by at least 20%.
- Optimize order-picking flows to ensure greater flexibility and faster adaptation to sales seasonality.
- Carry out a diagnosis of current storage organization and layout, analyse performance indicators.
- Manage the project, including modifications to packaging and order-picking flows, the layout of storage racks and workstations, the fleet of handling equipment, and the organization of the dispatch preparation team.
