Optimisation of procurement processes for subsidiaries
Following several transformation projects, BioMérieux's supply chain has been extensively redesigned. The current international context makes forecasting more complex, with long-term uncertainties and short-term jolts. In this context, the work of the replenishment planners for the subsidiaries is becoming increasingly complex. The workload is increasing and the work processes are no longer adapted to the activity. Axsant supports a continuous improvement project on the replenishment process and the roles and responsibilities mapping, with the aim of securing the activity and making the work robust in the face of internal and external tensions.
