Marc Jadot, founder of Kulminéo, will be responsible for strengthening the AXSANT team’s expertise, methodological know-how and operational strength in all these fundamental areas.
Marc Jadot, an Arts et Métiers engineer, has built up his expertise and know-how over 38 years in industry and multi-sector consultancy. He is a firm believer in industrial best practice and the effectiveness of lean methods.
Six years at L’Oréal in engineering, supply chain and production, followed by 23 years in consulting, led Marc to create Kulminéo ‘Guide de Haute Performance’ in 2017, an industrial excellence consultancy. Kulminéo has worked with numerous companies, including pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food companies, on projects to transform operational activities and optimise performance in production, maintenance, quality, supply chain and logistics.
The design of workspaces and workstations, the organisation of teams, the modelling and parameterisation of the value chain, the organisation of flows and stocks, the improvement of OEE, productivity, lead times and quality, the management of the supply chain and operations, the development of the skills of teams and managers, the support of CODIRs on a strategic roadmap are all examples of Marc’s expertise.
