Financial performance at Elbi

ELBI is an SME specialising in rubber moulding and plastic injection. It produces small series parts, and employs around ten people. Its customers are French industrialists, mainly electrical material manufacturers.

Industrial diagnostics and financial performance restored

In 2019, ELBI's balance sheet will be negative for the first time. Through the Industrial Diagnosis programme supported by the Occitanie Region, Axsant is helping ELBI to define its strategy and then implement improvement plans that will enable profitability to be restored.
