Supply chains in the aerospace industry are under severe pressure following the resumption of high-speed activity after the Covid break. SPU is facing a sharp increase in demand from its customers (production X 2) and is experiencing difficulties with several suppliers who are falling short of their delivery commitments.
Our mission
- Oversee the collection and communication of information between SPU and its suppliers.
- Ensure that commitments made at the various status meetings are met.
- Anticipate and communicate deviations.
- Define and implement the necessary actions with the supplier:
– Plan to make up for delays (short term)
– Secure deliveries (medium term).

- A joint diagnosis of the supplier’s situation.
- Organisation of the order information flow: creation of an ADV workstation including the supplier portal.
- Improvement of internal monitoring tools (KPIs) to manage the entire product flow.
- Reduce bottlenecks: production +50%
- Increase in deliveries: +25%.
- Strong impact on critical references: from 24 to 8 red flags.
- Duration: 6 months.
