Support for the Deployment of an APS (Advanced Planning System)
In a constantly changing environment, where the product offering must be frequently renewed, Coup de Pates—an international manufacturer specializing in the creation and distribution of solutions for Bakery & Pastry, Foodservice, and Catering—decided to equip its 11 French distribution platforms with an Advanced Planning System (APS). The goal was to improve inventory management performance (better product availability, reduction of waste from unsold products) and to initiate alignment of practices across various entities through a Core Model.

Customer quotes
Axsant was brought into the project mid-way: the solution had already been selected, and the design workshops had been completed. However, the project had stalled and was one year behind schedule. Despite this, strong connections were quickly established with the project team, the software vendor, IT, the sales department, and the various platform supply teams. Field constraints, planning, and budget limitations were rapidly understood. The creation of a task force significantly boosted the vendor’s responsiveness in addressing technical and functional issues, helping to contain the delay in the deployment phase.
