Definition of manufacturings standards
Résidences TRIGANO produces mobile homes of different standards. Over the years, this production site has undergone a gradual evolution to improve the quality of its products. The success of mobile homes with the COVID crisis led them to consider opening a new factory. In this context, the need arose to update the assembly standards in order to faithfully transmit the expertise to future teams.
Our mission
- Analyze assembly sheets through observations and consultation with referents.
- Transcribe observations and draw up job sheets.
- Build consultation files and train methods technicians.
- Simplify consultation of updates to production standards.
Results achieved
- Drafting and updating of all 92 clear, compliant sheets.
- Production of 6 instructional videos on operating procedures.
- Creation of a simple, centralized and interactive tool for consulting workstation sheets.
- Methods technicians trained in the new tools.
