- Lead the workshop to jointly define each stage, sub-process and S&OP input and output data.
- Formalise meeting schedules and minutes.
- Set up KPIs, planning and reporting tools.
- Train users through 3 monthly training cycles and coach the newly recruited S&OP Coordinator.
Results achieved
- 30% increase in On Time In Full, now stabilised.
- 25% increase in turnover but only 14% in stock levels.
- S&OP process maturity increased to 5/10 in 8 months, i.e. mastering the basics to feed the P&L and make it more reliable.
