The Grenoble plant assembles undercarriages. 90% of demand is for spare parts, which are shipped to two warehouses, one in Belgium and the other in the USA. The site is unable to manage the S&OP process effectively. For some references, there are delays of more than 6 months. Its key indicator, supplier delivery performance, is 35%.
