The ability of industrial companies to implement tools that enable them to better manage, plan and inform upstream and downstream stakeholders is now a key factor in service quality.

Controlling these changes involves the controlled and appropriate deployment of new tools interfaced with ERP systems and databases.

They should enable supply chain operations to be better managed, dashboards to be updated in real time, and decision-making capacity to be improved.
