Guillaume Botti joins Axsant and strengthens the management team!
A graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Nantes, Guillaume started his career in the UK with PSA in the distribution of new vehicles and then spare parts. Fascinated by the supply chain, industrial planning systems and the transformation of operating models, he moved into consulting in 2005.
He works with clients on a wide range of issues, including the definition and implementation of supply chain operating models, industrial and commercial planning processes, inventory optimisation models, demand forecasting, digital transformation projects, operational excellence and logistics and industrial footprinting. Guillaume is working with a major automotive supplier to develop a pull production system to be implemented in more than 10 plants worldwide. The model has been adopted and integrated into the planning solution of a world leading ERP publisher.
Today, he puts his experience to work for business leaders in writing their strategic operational plans, transforming their operating models and modelling their business plans.
