Implementation of a decision-making tool based on sales and purchasing forecast calculations
The group was formed by various external growths and wishes to build up its processes and identity through structuring projects such as the overhaul of its inbound supply chain department through the Optiprev project aimed at implementing an APS (Advance Planning Resource) tool. In addition to forecast calculations, the project will enable Coup de Pates to define future sourcing strategies and implement product management standards for both suppliers and hubs.
Our mission
- Provide expertise on the Upstream and Downstream Supply Chain business functions through the IS project.
- Support the department manager in project management and organizational aspects.
- Put teams in a dynamic situation in order to boost the project and implement the solution as quickly as possible.
- Respond to business challenges (support change management in the Upstream Supply Chain’s operational departments), technical challenges (acquire the appropriate tools and methods to secure and increase business’ reliability), and human challenges (increase staff’s skills).
