Arquus is a major company in the French defense industrial and technological base, specializing in wheeled armored vehicles and their weapon systems. It recently joined the Belgian industrial group John Cockerill.

Lean Engineering Transformation

ARQUUS, the result of the merger of the historic manufacturers Renault Trucks Défense, Panhard and Acmat, is consolidating its industrial integration with the “We Move” program, aimed at operational excellence in all the Group's businesses. In this context, the R&D Department (including Projects, Vehicle Synthesis, Vehicle Engineering and Systems Engineering) is targeting a strategic Lean Engineering transformation objective with the “Better Design” Project, and has asked Axsant for support in accelerating and securing its success.

  • Prioritize the project, focusing on the essentials of the transformation.
  • Characterize existing business flows (SIPOC).
  • Define and install the architecture of the global R&D management system.
