Organisational transformation at Servier

Servier is France's leading independent pharmaceutical group, committed to therapeutic progress and working in a wide range of medical fields to benefit patients: oncology, neuroscience, immuno-inflammation, cardiometabolism, venous diseases and generics.

Organisational transformation

LSI, the Servier Group's largest pharmaceutical production site, was undergoing a series of changes (SAP, major industrial renovations, introduction of new technologies, etc.). At the same time, its technical services were fragmented and did not meet the needs of its internal customers or the expectations of its employees. We are helping LSI's technical department to transform its organisation for the benefit of the site's performance and by giving meaning back to the technical professions.
