Project development improvement
Trigano, a company specializing in the supply of leisure products, wanted to consolidate its project development process for leisure vehicles, in order to make its vehicle launches more reliable, while maintaining development rate and innovation capacity that are part of its brand image. In this context, the company's industrial management asked Axsant to carry out a diagnosis and propose a plan for transforming its development process, from marketing idea to series production launch.
